EACH ONE-OF-A-KIND DESIGNER TRIBAL TURKOMAN NECKLACES IS ACCENTED WITH GENUINE CORAL, MOTHER-OF-PEARL, LAPIS LAZULI, MALOCHITE, CRYSTAL OR TURKISH GLASS BEADS.  ALL OF OUR TURKOMAN NECKLACES ARE ASSEMBLED WITH ORIGINAL TURKOMAN COMPONENTS AND PENDANTS.

TURKOMAN PENDANTS ARE ORIGINALLY FROM THE NOMADS IN AFGHANISTAN AND PAKISTAN.  THE METAL USED TO MAKE TURKOMAN PENDANTS IS KNOWN AS "GILLIT" OR "POT SILVER" WHICH IS A COMBINATION OF OLD MELTED DOWN COINS,  BRASS AND NICKEL. THE PENDANTS ARE DATED c. 1940s to 1950s
